Questions for me?
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer tele-health or virtual appointments?
I am currently only offering telehealth/virtual sessions. For tele-health psychotherapy services, the client must be located in Connecticut or New York because currently I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Connecticut and New York.
You can call, email or text me to schedule an appointment. If you’re new, we can discuss scheduling during your free phone consultation. I can’t wait to connect!
How do I schedule an appointment?
Do you accept my insurance?
I am currently in-network with CIGNA/Evernorth and Unitedhealthcare/Optum health insurance. I am out of network with other insurance companies. If I am out of network with your insurance provider, upon request, I will provide a Superbill for you to give to your insurance provider to help you receive reimbursement using your out-of-network benefits.
If you’d like, I’m happy to speak more about this with you. Feel free to give me a call.
How much are psychotherapy sessions?
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment so I can offer the time slot to another client. I do NOT have a late cancellation fee.
Feel free to call, text or email to cancel or reschedule a session.
Feel free to call, text or email to let me know you are running late. Life happens. We all run late sometimes. You are never being judged by me.
